Order Processing, Cancellation & Refund Policies

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders (and inquiries) are processed on a first come, first serve bases.

Currently custom orders take approx. 7-12 working days to complete and ship.

Once your order is received and paid it enters the cue for design & production. At this time if you have requested a proof one will be emailed to you. Once your item is thru production it is packaged for shipment. As soon as a tracking number is assigned we will email you so that you can know when your custom #SWAG will arrive.

Need your SWAG by a certain date? Contact us for current processing time as it is subject to change without notice.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Custom products begin the design process in just 1-3 working days from receipt of your order. Since work has already begun on your order, costs are incurred to cancel. Custom orders go through a work flow process that incurs costs at different times of the process.

Custom orders canceled during Processing incur a 20% (of order subtotal) cancellation fee.

Custom orders canceled during the Production incur a 30% (of order subtotal) cancellation fee.

All Apparel orders incur a restocking fee of $20-40 depending on product & custom design options.

 

There are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS/CREDITS on shipped orders.

There are no REFUNDS/CREDITS for shipping costs.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS / CREDITS will be issued on custom products that are completed production/packaging or have shopped.

Artwork or Graphics that are uploaded / submitted by the customer will be printed as it is submitted to us with no edits, color changes, or redesigns. If the customer would like to have their artwork re-designed / edited, a re-design fee will apply.
